Booking Policy

Read the complete policy below. Acceptance becomes available once you reach the end.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancelling within 48 hours forfeits the 25% deposit. If you paid in full, 25% is retained and 75% is refunded. Earlier cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.

Late Arrivals

If a late arrival leaves insufficient time to complete your service safely or properly, the service may be reduced or cancelled. If it must be cancelled, the deposit is forfeited.

No-Shows

The 25% deposit is forfeited and a further 50% of the appointment value may be charged to the saved payment method, making the total no-show amount 75%. For a fully paid appointment, 75% is retained and 25% is refunded.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling within 48 hours is treated as a cancellation: the deposit is forfeited and a new deposit is required for the new time. The same appointment can be rescheduled no more than twice.

Service Revisions

Tell us about a service concern within five days of the original appointment, or within 48 hours for Barber Commons. An eligible revision must be booked within five days of notification and completed within ten days of the original appointment, or within three days for Barber Commons.

Cancelling or moving a revision within 24 hours, or not attending it, forfeits the revision. Revisions cover a genuine concern with the original outcome, not a change of mind or a request for a different result.

Saved Payment Method

By continuing, you agree that the eligible payment method used for this booking may be saved securely by Stripe and charged later only for an amount authorised by this policy. Future collection can be declined or require additional authentication.
